Nice gesture and I'm sure the WY DOT and their residents appreciate the bump in bandwidth. Omaha people help their elderly neighbors by shoveling their driveways and sidewalks, so I view this as an analogous gesture on our part, with the exception that the State of NE will undoubtedly send WY a bill for their services.
