The more I have time to sit on this Urban is really the answer.
With expanded playoffs, possible turning into two big leagues, NIL, transfer portal and big 10 money coming through we need to hire a big time guy with a name.
If we squander this for a guy who will make Buddy hires and not think we can win in recruiting we will continue to fail.
We have a big time shot to inject ourselves with steroids and get back on top.
Urban would bring credibility to recruits and other fan bases immediately.
We would attract top transfers and in turn get this ship righted within a few years at most.
I don’t care if we get slapped on the wrist with fines or suspensions I just want to get back on track and not be a laughing stock.
