I believe they have some sort of deal worked out now that is essentially just that. That's why they're testing out new things like the kickoff rule and whatnot.NFL needs to buy XFL

The XFL does have an agreement with the NFL to work on new rules and officiating. And it has a deal with the NFL Alumni Academy, an independent group that trains prospects to be ready for the low end of NFL rosters. Those who are not chosen by an NFL team are now guaranteed a spot in an XFL training camp.

I mean that’s what it is already? Nfl is heavily investing in it.NFL needs to buy XFL

I think it’s still going too. Wasn’t there a commercial for it during the Super Bowl?Did the usfl fold?
I don’t see a way both the xfl and the usfl exist. Would like to see xfl and usfl merge into one bigger developmental league and call it a day.I think it’s still going too. Wasn’t there a commercial for it during the Super Bowl?
That's what NFL Europe was and it was decent football to watch. It succeeded in providing talent for the NFL: Kurt Warner, Dante Hall, Jake Delhomme, and Brad Johnson were some names I remember playing there.NFL needs to buy XFL

I wouldn't mind them staying "separate" and the champion of each league plays in their own mini-super bowl. Obviously there are some considerable role differences from league to league, but that should be easy enough to overcome...I don’t see a way both the xfl and the usfl exist. That would make for a fun conclusion to the off-season.I wouldn't mind them staying "separate" and the champion of each league plays in their own mini-super bowl. Obviously there are some considerable role differences from league to league, but that should be easy enough to overcome...
