Just saying that the players know who is it but have been sworn to secrecy. I believe Lloyd was the recruit that said he knows who the coach is in an interview.

Hearing more word after talking with a source who is in the know: The Huskers' next WR coach is in the NFL right now. The deal is "definitely done," my source says. But the timeline remains unknown as to when he will be officially introduced and start the job – whether that's over the next week or if he will wait to come in January at the conclusion of the NFL season.
I still do not know who the coach is but am working on getting the name. I won't say this with full certainty, but I'm very confident that it is not former Nebraska WR coach Keith Williams, who is currently the Baltimore Ravens' pass game specialist.

1:05 p.m. update from Greg Smith:
"I’m going to add a little something here. The pick will not be Joe Dailey. Joe has done well in the NFL and wants to stay there from what I’m told.
"Also, I can confirm there was contact between former WR coach Keith Williams and Matt Rhule, but those talks didn’t progress much."

this is only conjecture - but with how solid Alante has been, Frisman would make sense as being in the fold for a while being a Chicago guy. And our WR staying pretty solid as a whole...Crawford going in a rumored right back out...NFL experience guy would win over our skill guys I'd think.

Frisman Jackson
Frisman Jackson, who brings 14 years of college or NFL coaching experience to Pittsburgh, spent the previous two seasons with the Carolina Panthers (2020-21). He was their offensive passing game coordinator in '21 after he was promoted from wide receivers

I'm guessing it is Frisman Jackson as I don't think Nixon would leave the NFL. Not familiar with Jackson but has a nice resume. Seems like a good hire.
