First, who doesn't "fit the mold" of running track in high school?

The guys that did are Alante Brown (ran 11.2 and 11.2 100M times at Chicago Simeon), Victor Jones Jr (10.86 in the 100M in HS - was actually the 8th grade state champion of Florida at 11.38), and Tommi Hill (11.12 in the 100M in Florida HS).

The ones that didn't? It appears these are Janiran Bonner (I could not find anything about track in his background, and he broke his femur junior year in high school and even when he finished his senior season observers said he wasn't the same as freshman and sophomore year) and Shawn Hardy II (his second HS sport was soccer).

Threat to leave without being processed out? Probably none. It one time I thought perhaps Washington might consider it, but he is now signed on to the 1890 Initiative.

As long as these boys run between 11.5-13.5 in the 100m, I’m all N on em’

Super excited about the boy out of Ardmore breaking 60.00 in the 400m last year as well!!

I’m kind of tired watching alante brown catch the ball Kyle 20 times and get tackled for a 6 yard gain

Of the WRs that are here right now I could see Jones and Hardy leaving. I don't see it with either of them. Especially Hardy. Washington for sure and most likely Brown will be in the top 3-4 WRs. Hill is a great athlete with great speed. He has potential IMO. I think Bonner could be a pretty good WR and am excited to see what he does in the spring and summer leading into fall camp. I think that's everyone besides Fleeks or the incoming freshman.

Leave it to Frost to recruit a WR coming off of a broken femur

I forgot Victor Jones was on the team. I remember his being touted as super fast when we got him (kinda surprised it was only 10.86, TBH). Hopefully this staff can develop the raw track guys better than the last did.
