- Being that it's still December, I deserve the right to be optimistic:
@Nebraska - L - Nebraska not so much but all the other games are winnable.

OKLAHOMA
- Neb’s been busy in the portal.
- Convincing Mark Whipple to leave Pitt to become his OC was the biggest get for Scott Frost.
- That definitely was a huge hire for Neb. Whipple's offense had the most total yards, and tied for the most points scored against BV's defense this season.
- The results will need to show up on the field immediately if Frost is going to survive the season.
- The question right off the top; Did Nebraska get better or worse at QB? Assuming Thompson wins the job.
- Marginally better. CT has looked good at times, but will be working with less overall talent.
- His OL and run game will dictate how far he can go.
- Much better OL at Nebraska than he had at UT.
- Much better. CT is a gamer.
- Personally I think this game will be the first true test for BV and his HC job at OU.
- If he loses I think many fans will start to grip and moan about him and the season.
- My prediction is he puts a hurting to the team and causes that golden boy his job by season end.
- Go on the Nebraska board if you want to talk about the Huskers at length.
- Nebraska, while not happy with the result last year, should be confident and ready for the rubber match.
- I am anxious to go to Lincoln in September. I have never been to a game there.
- Should be a great experience. Their former players really hate that they moved to the Big 10.

- They are a hard team to figure out. I'm just not sure they can ever be a contender again.
- I was excited for them when Frost was hired. I thought that offense would actually be fun to see in the B1G. But it’s starting to look like they need to copy the Wisconsin and Cockeye model.
- I think Frost is a good coach, but Nebraska is a hard place to recruit at right now.

- I hope Frost succeeds and Nebraska gets back to their glory. I just don't see it happening anymore.
MICHIGAN STATE
- Nebraska expanding seating... for their corn fed fans
- Capacity will actually go down...
- MSU should do the same.
- I’d prefer they replace most of the bleachers, but otherwise yeah. There are a lot of fatties at the games.
- I’m small but I have some big dudes around me, and usually end up with about 60% of my seat.
- They can spin it how they want it about fans being more comfortable, but they wouldn't have done this had they not made some of the dumbest hiring and firing decisions in college football history. They killed their own program.
- College football attendance has been trending down so I think there is merit to them improving the fan experience, but yeah they haven't done themselves any favors in personnel decisions.
- they are also installing small feeding troughs by the feet to keep the sheep entertained while they butt ***** it.
- That stadium had more end zone seats than any other venue in the country. When you're there you can tell that at one time it was a lot like IU's Memorial Stadium and had undergone 2 or 3 upgrades in the past. If they are improving site lines for all of the fans, good for them.
- The sanwich of choice is the Runza. We had some Nebraska fans join us for a tailgate at the game this past year and they brought some - strange but tasty.

- It's so named because it gives you the runza....
- This is smart, and if you want to brag about big attendance numbers, you can just lie about it, that's worked for some other Big Ten teams for 50 years.
- The college football stadium experience is more about quality than quantity and it's trending more so that way. More comfortable seating is a must.

MICHIGAN
- Nebraska Football Fans Are The Biggest Game Day Drinkers
- I'd also drink heavily if I were a Nebraska fan.
- Without a doubt. I've been there a few times and their alcohol consumption is off the charts.
- Wisconsin fans drink to have fun; Nebraska fans drink to forget.
- The more corn the more drinking.
- Going to a game knowing beyond a reasonable doubt you’re going to have your heart ripped out is cause for drinking. I’d drink a lot too if I was a Nebraska fan.
- Not only does the Nebraska fan base drink the most, but they outhit all other fan bases too.

- Scott, congrats bud! Not only does your team outhit their opponents, but your fanbase does to.
- My experience in Lincoln certainly confirmed the notion that they drink a lot, and get started pretty early on it.
- I will defend to my last breath how good natured they are. They can be as drunk as they want to be, but are still unfailingly courteous.
- I mean, they do grow them pretty big in Nebraska, but there's more to drinking than just size.

- Seems like Frost has had hot cheeks since he's been at Nebraska.

- Will the sheriff be voted out of Lincoln this year?
- How could they possibly be this bad still, they have made literally no gains in this conference in any way since he arrived.
- I really thought he was going to turn them into a solid top half Big ten program. Wow was I wrong.
- Huskier fans probably wishing for a return of Tim Miles.
- Nebraska is a top 2 venue in big ten football to me and they’ve been giving away free wins to opponents for years now.
- It will be interesting what happens at Nebraska with all the transfers into the program and new experienced coaches.
- I still don't get how they get Top 20 classes on most years.

- Basically Nebraska is trying to reshape their full roster through the portal and hopefully catch lightning in a bottle the way MSU did last year.
- Seems like Nebraska is acting awful desperate. Like tehy know they are likely headed for a 6th place finish in the West.
- Makes sense given that Frost is in a make or break year. He has to win at a high level in 2022 or he is going to be sent packing.

- Pricing for the presale tickets through NU is at $340 / $250 (starting from ~35 yard line) / $175 (starting near end zone)...
- Are people planning on paying these prices to buy through NU?
- Feels like general sales should be more reasonable than that.

- It’s a reschedule forming Tuesday. BTN didn’t want to disrupts their normal programming and this slot was free.
- Badger women play at Nebraska tonight as well. Probably saves on some travel?

- His best friend/brother was shot and killed in Omaha on Monday.
