  • Bowl games
  • Nebraska won today, so I guess they'll be in the top 20 preseason next year if this century's history is any guide.
  • Color guy made that specific comment during the broadcast.

  • WTF was that throw from Raiola?
  • Turbo Dick with a huge play for BC!
  • 3rd and 12 on the 2 and Nebraska gives up a 50 yard screen pass lolololol
  • BC with a big play outta their own end. Raiola threw a pick deep in BC territory but that kid is impressive for a frosh, I've watched him on and off this season. This looks like a solid, competitive game overall.
  • This feels like the classic game where Nebraska dominates but finds a way to lose in painful fashion.
  • Bill O'Brien is painfully predictable in short yardage.
  • Nah, I watched the first half and BC is hamstrung by their Oline. Missing a few starters and the play calling is good but they can't execute due to lack of blocking up front. Drove it into the red zone a few times and came up empty for a grand total of 2 points in the half. Huskers just smothering them basically. Also, BC has no confidence in their kicker, if they did it'd be 13-8 at the half instead of 13-2.
  • Nebraska take the fg and go up 14 lol
  • Stupid MSU lost to BC
  • BC is out Nebraskaing Nebraska.
  • Hey did you guys know Dana Holgorsen coaches at Nebraska?! I wish they would show him on camera a few more times!
  • Nebraska says we can blow any game we want.
  • That was a late slide. Absolute garbage call.
  • such a bad flag. shoulda been on Raiola for being a D-bag
  • They need to review that bs call. Terrible. I hope O’Brien kicks Rhules fat **** after the game.
  • Does Raiola seriously do the finger thing Mahomes does?
  • I think Riola wants to wear Mahomes skin. Creepy as hell. From number to mannerisms, headband, hair…

Minnesota

  • The current Yankee Stadium opened in 2009. Not that historic in its current version.
  • Still historic enough in name that they get to call it the “Rose Bowl of the East”
  • Oklahoma is reaching Nebraska level.
  • It took until the 14:28 mark of the very first quarter of the Pinstripe Bowl for the announcers to mention the Nebraska program is focused on the college football playoff next year. I’m assuming they will begin August with a top 20 ranking. Again.
  • Glad we are not playing on that crap turf in the Pinstripe bowl. Lots of guys having issues with the turf. Seems like there have been quite a few bad weather bowl games this year as well.
  • Holy shit. Most egregious hands to the face missed on Nebraska on a 4th down stop. Knocked the BC helmet off and then continued to push his actual face lolol
  • Current quote from the color commentator regarding Nebraska: “You are looking at a team that should be starting the season next year in the top 25.”
  • Yet Minnesota could beat Va Tech 69-0 while sitting on a positive transfer balance for next season and we won't get the same quote.
  • I see the Pinstripe bowl is played in great conditions as always again
  • Ban all basebowls, please
  • God I can't stand Nebraska. They get a sniff of mediocrity and are insufferable.
  • And Raiola goes into punk mode. I thought he should have gotten an unsportsmanlike penalty for starting the scuffle.
  • I could see letting it go, but calling it on BC was ridiculous. If there was a flag it was on Raiola
  • And the announcer says Nebraska should be a top 25 team next year.
  • Has there ever been a college football team go eight years without a winning season and begin most of those seasons ranked?
  • They had to win their mediocre bowl game to inch above .500 for this season and here we go again. It is starting out more delusional now than prior to last season and I didn’t think that was possible.

Penn State

  • Cool story about former PSU alum Matt Rhule
  • Brought back the 2023 seniors
  • Great story. He was very gracious after the win. Would like to see Nebraska continue to rise..,
  • Wow what a story. My hat off to coach Rhule. Joe was a participant in shaping his character. I always considered him to be a possible at PSU. He did a tremendous job at Temple. Wishing the huskers fortune in the future with him being at the helm, except when they play us of course.
  • Every time I hear him speak I can see why he’s successful. He presents as genuine as opposed to the typical college coach from the used car salesman mold. E.g. Lane Kiffin, Brian Kelly, Sonny Dykes….

Colorado

  • At least once a day I think about calling Raiola's little brother "temu Jackson Mahomes" and do a legit lol.
  • It still makes me laugh too.
  • I was totally shocked that I didn't see a single Nub on ANY of the awards last night, even as just a finalist. Figured by year 2 of the Rhule doing things right recruiting method, they'd have at least 2 or 3 lolol
  • I’m surprised that Ravioli isn’t trying to portal Texas tech for the full effect.
  • Friend today tried arguing with me that Rhule is a better recruiter than Prime because their high school classes have been ranked higher and they are ahead in the transfer rankings right now.I just laughed and said “if you think Matt Rhule is a better recruiter than Deion Sanders. We will just have to disagree. Let’s see Rhule get a five star without the uncle on staff”
  • The delusion lol
  • That little hand wiggle thing that Raiola does when he wants the play is so f***ing annoying.
  • I assume he saw that body language from Mahomes. Dude's weird like that.
  • As 2025 is arriving this week and I see talk of teams having to reduce their roster sizes to 105, I have to wonder how big of a hit Nebraska would get from cutting down from 150 players. Going to be interesting to see where those cut players go
  • On a diet.
  • Diet...isn't that a foreign word in that state?
  • They don't go anywhere. These are called team managers in other programs. Nubs will have no players beyond the 105 who they have to cut, that had any chance of seeing the field ever. But allowing them to wear the uniform creates excitement all the way across the state, as every town has a kid on the team etc. You don't need more than 105 kids to help put the sleds in/out before/after practice.

Purdue

  • OT: Pinstripe bowl attendance
  • Yeah, I know it's a low tier bowl, in NYC which is probably second only to Hawaii in cost, but for a team that travels well and hasn't been bowling in 8 years, the crowd looks pretty sparse from initial shots.
  • Rather be in Hawaii over NYC this time of year
  • 6-6 Nebraska against 7-5 BCU? whew!!
  • Haven’t watched a December bowl game since… the Music City Bowl ?
  • My kids are still talking about the Pop Tarts bowl 4 days later. That’s how you blend a sponsor, fun and decent football!

Boston College

  • GAMETHREAD
  • Family and friends bailing on going to game.
  • Would now have to go it alone in cold and rain.
  • I’m in the stadium and can report a Steve Addazio sighting. I almost yelled, hey coach, but nah. He sucks.
  • At the game and the Nebraska fans traveled extremely well for this.
  • Field conditions about as good as when they were ice skating out there. Looks atrocious
  • BTW, if this OL can hold its own against Nebraska today that holds very well for the future of BC
  • Feel like that was about as bad as a 1st quarter could go and still end 0-0
  • I’m done with the Pinstripe Bowl. This field is a complete joke.
  • Folks we’re live from Yankee Stadium. Down 0-7, but I’m ready to smash the folks button multiple times today. Let’s win a bowl game
  • These baseball stadium games are brutal
  • That was expected, they haven’t been to a bowl in like 8 years.
  • Meanwhile Neb is killing us with quick hitters
  • Sorry guys, this team has no linemen, defense or offense. Can’t compete, let alone win like that. This is a glorified spring game, time to adjust your expectations
  • Disappointed Mullet Holgerson is no longer wearing the visor
  • Nebraska talks a lot of smack for a 6-6 football school struggling with an undermanned small education first hockey school lol
  • This is miserable. Was excited originally but on second thought, never put us in the Pinstripe Bowl ever again. This ******* fanbase can't even travel to NYC when a quarter of them live here.
  • Convinced bowl games are stupid at this point
  • Not putting much stock in this game given the opt-outs, but man
  • We are 0-12 next year with this OL.
  • I’m glad I opted out attending this game
  • This will be the last Pinstripe Bowl that most BC fans will be attending. 0-3. Awful weather every time. Impossible traffic. And now the best players will opt out every time because non-playoff bowl games are absolutely meaningless. It’s done
  • Yankee Stadium = house of horrors
  • Difference in this game is we can not generate any kind of push when we need 3 or less yards and they can do it at will
  • I hope the Nebraska QB breaks his leg before the end of the game, never to play again.
  • I have no reason to even think of Nebraska and now I hate them forever. I hope Ohio state drops 700 on them next year
  • I hope he plays every snap until his senior year, when he gets benched since he's a cocky and insufferable child.
  • He's so overrated it's obscene. Grayson was the better QB than him today.
  • Mahomes wannabe is a straight up clown! Good lord kid makes my skin crawl
  • Matt Ruhle is another assclown. “We were in control the whole game”. Yeah, your defense gave up 7 possessions inside the 32 assclown
  • He has the same personality as his QB! His success will be short...coach will be gone in 3 or 4 years..lol
  • Was at the game, 80-20 Nebraska to BC fan is generous. Emabrrassing showing from BC imo
  • No excuses because BC did have chances but officiating was horrific, horrific, horrific.
  • Nebraska fans are total dorks
  • We got beat let’s not be babies. I think we can all agree that Raiola is an insufferable prick though
  • I will say the Nebraska fans online seem insufferable, but the ones I sat near me were good people and even cheered for BC when they made a good play. I just don’t see the point of getting overly emotional about this game.
  • Other than two obnoxious Nebraska fans taunting the BC fan section for the entirety of the fourth quarter, I thought most of the Nebraska fans were nice and well meaning. Some fans were wearing shirts that said "BC = Bad Corn" and I thought that was pretty damn funny.
  • Eh that one’s a little…corny
  • Yeah didn’t have any issues with the fans, unfortunately Nebraska still made a hater for life instead of someone who just laughs when they lose one score games
  • The Nebraska fans were terrific and travelled very well to NYC over the Christmas holiday. I hope we play you guys again when both teams are full strength and improved. Please pound Rutgers every time you play ‘em.
  • I expected a tough B$G line on both sides from Nebraska and the LOS was a tough deal for BC. Hats off to the Huskers and we'll try again someday, hopefully. I'm glad Nebraska Football is on the upswing and so is ours - darned day transfer portal and NIL be damned.
  • I remember the days of Bob Devaney and obviously Tom Osborne, so it was cool, at least to me, that BC played Nebraska. I’d love for the two schools to have a home and home.
  • Wish Nebraska all the best and hope they become more relevant in national landscape as it would be good for college football when Nebraska is a player
  • It is almost impossible to win a game where your lines are not competitive. Nebraska dominated the line. However, their coaching is suspect

Missouri

  • Nwaneri gone??
  • That would hurt. These reports are that he plans to enter the transfer portal but hasn’t officially entered it yet. Any chance this is a negotiation tactic or did someone offer a bigger bag?
  • Gonna have to say adios if he's negotiating. He has done nothing to earn anything more than what he's already getting. My guess is he's not progressing up the depth chart as fast as he had hoped. Portal giveth, portal taketh.
  • Fair, it looks like Johnny Walker is gone but every other DE could return next year + Darris Smith will be healthy. You would think the #1 DE recruit in the country would be able to get significant playing time next season as a sophomore but maybe he was a bit overranked.
  • Smells like a money grab. A Fr DE at SC got a substantial pay raise after recording 9.5 TFLs. If he is demanding more money after being buried on the chart, c ya.
  • At this point we should just use our NIL money in the portal instead of recruits
  • Real talk: what film is Nwaneri going to sell? I think he is headed to Nebraska to join his old coach.
  • Nebraska playing the hire the HS coach game to get Mozee and Nwanieri. Nwanieri plays day one for them because they just lost their best DE to the portal. It's more hype than substance at this point.
  • Just got a reply from an aquaintance in Lincoln that there is some real smoke to this.
  • Funny, so did I but it's an Omaha guy. I'm 100% expecting him to go to NU. They are squeezing everything they can out of that Mozee hire. He will get the 1.5 million total NIL package also because they really have no other talent to pay for besides Raola.
  • Seems like a nice place to die and never be heard from again.
  • Mizzou is loaded at DE so no sour grapes from me. Nwanieri is not Wingo
  • Nubs play a 3-5 defense. Nwanieri gonna have to learn fast.
  • He will get the package not based on playing ability but because of perception. NU lost both DE starters to the portal. Nwanieri puts alot of positive spin on their situation.
  • Nebraska is a "C" hair away from desperation. Rhule has to work out. They keep having to restock the team, their talent level is on par with Minnesota and Cockeye and coaching is rag tagged at best. Nwanieri means much more than on field play.
  • Nebraska hired Kansas City's assistant dline coach today.
  • He will claim he taught Chris Jones everything he knows. I'm actually surprised Dave Merritt didn't get a NU job when his son flipped to NU.
  • If Raiola wasn’t pulling up with Mahomes cosplay, his play getting worse each week wouks have faded him to irrelevancy. No one’s knows his name if not for that.
  • And you wanna join that desperate bunch? NE will never be competitive in the BIG. That conf gonna be run by Oregon from now on.
  • Agreed. They’d pay $500k just to get the illusion of signing a 5* for the fans perception.
  • As expected, Nwaneri to Nebraska
  • I wonder if Nwanieri is regretting his decision yet.
  • No kidding... have you ever been to Nebraska?
  • There is a reason their fan base travels so well.
  • Everyone wants to get the frick out of that state!

UCF

  • BRING BACK SCOTT FROST!!! Posted 9/29/2024
  • This is how I'm feeling on this Sunday morning after yesterday's disastrous performance and after finally believing in Gus after stating in his first season how seeing him in a UCF visor MADE ME CRINGE!
  • Scott Frost was the perfect fit for this University and took our school to the promise land! Now we're letting a high school coach, whom Frost DEFEATED, knock down everything that GOL and Frost built that elevated us to unseen heights.
  • I liked Frost's recruiting better than Gus's and Frost did it without the P4 label. His style fits perfectly with these fast Florida kids.
  • Can't compare his tenure at Nebraska to his time at UCF nimrod. He was surrounded by players who fit his system in Florida.
  • If not Scott Frost, then Hugh Freeze. These are cold and hard facts.
  • Former players vouching for Frost on social media right now. Waiting for all the Malzahn players to step up and show their support.
  • Dude left us, if you didn’t notice. Really liked him for about 95% of the time he was here but at this point F-ck him and the Nebraska colors he wore to our 2017 Conference Championship game. “He bleeds black and gold…my ass.”
  • Can't blame the guy for going home man. Especially when his dad was ill. I lost my Dad last year so I can understand. I understood when he left. At least he had the morale to finish what he started before he went home.
  • You can't take away the fact that his offensive strategy and play calling was innovative! Super fast no huddle and play calling that fit us! Huepel kept Frost's play calling and strategy and was winning until he changed his play calling style.
  • I think he would be more than interested in coming back if the opportunity presented itself.
  • Scott Frost peaked in 2017/2018. He had a spectacular, generational QB...and a one handed hybrid LB/DE that refused to allow UCF to lose. There is no way he was going to continue that level of success. His struggles at Nebraska showed his limitations
  • Frost was able to recruit QBs. 2 of our top 5 ever. He left before DG signed but KZ and he made it possible for Heupel to get him. If you get a QB your defense can give up 24 ppg and still go undefeated.
  • I think he had a difficult time getting his type of players to Nebraska. It's easy in Florida. He would have brought in QB replacements who fit his system and surrounded them with Florida speed at every skill position.
  • It's a totally different culture in Florida and Frost was and still is the perfect fit for UCF in every way. I believe we would have ascended even further if he would've stayed. Our trajectory with him was unlimited.
  • Redemption…
  • If Scott Frost wants to come back why not have arms wide open? He came back to coach our team in the bowl game that led to our 13-0 season. He had all the tangibles come together here and a lot of interest from the recruits. Why not again? At least it would get us back to the offense we had our greatest success with.
  • My thoughts on Frost are pretty simple: His time here was perfect and almost guaranteed not to be matched. That’s the main reason I’d shy away from him. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind him as an option.
  • A wise man once said "you are only as good as your last job". There are MANY good reasons he hasn't had a sniff at a HC job in almost 3 seasons, He hasn't completed a redemption path.....WHY would you trust OUR program to the guy just based on memories that stopped 7 years ago.
  • If he REALLY wanted to be a HC, he could have secured a G5 job and showed people he has redeemed himself.
  • So ignore his UCF track record? Ignore how much he knows the UCF landscape, reinvented it, and took it to new heights?
  • That was a LONG TIME AGO in terms of the current landscape. Yes, remember the coach he WAS fondly.....we can't afford to live in the past (like a community college in Tampa does) with things moving so quickly.
  • Im in the camp that if frost wants to interview, he has earned that much.
  • Scott has good relationships with hs coaches and kids have seen what his team did in 2017. Whats his vision in 2025 and beyond? There may be better candidates or maybe frost on a low cost/low buyout deal is good for the next 2-3 years to get our program back on track.
  • I also think his nebraska record is more indicative of nebraska and not his. He wasnt getting the same speed to Lincoln that was needed to make his offense hum
  • He and McKenzie are the reasons why we are in this position as a member of the big 12. The 2017 season came at the perfect time, reshaping the the public perception of the program. We are forever indebted to him for this.
  • It would be a mistake to bring him back. #1, he was a massive failure with a P5 program. He showed that his system was not going to be successful for the long term at a major program. #2, the landscape has changed so much since he was a coach. He’s going to have to play catch up with the NIL stuff. He hasn’t even been at any program at all to learn the ins and outs of this. With that said, I think he would really risk tarnishing his legacy here if he came back. So much has changed that he would really be starting from behind.
  • I mean, it sounds nice, but if you followed his tenure in Nebraska there were a lot of concerning things. Can't remember how verified the stories were but stuff about a drinking problem bad enough that he basically declined to meet an important recruit because he was wasted. Also he got surly with the media and would throw players under the bus, mock them for wearing hoodies.
  • There are a lot of risks but UCF fans on X shouldn’t mock when former players speak up for him and say they want him hired. They were in the locker room with him, they know better than us.
  • Nebraska hasn't been good in 10+ years its the school. Even Rhule is having a hard time going 5-7 & 6-6.
  • Im ok with Frost coming back everyone wondering why he hasnt coached the last few years maybe he was working on redemption in his personnal life and put football on back burner.
  • Frost has not redeemed himself at the HC level.....in several ways he is WAY more risky than any person we are discussing.
  • Heupel went undefeated with Scott Frost recruited players
  • I would offer Scott Frost a 6 year contract. 3 million a year. Offer Scott a 500 thousand signing bonus. 2 million dollar buyout. I believe that would get a deal done. Jamey Chadwell and Jon Sumrall are each going to want at least 5 million per year and at least a 15 million dollar buyout.
  • You would drink more too if you lived in Lincoln
  • How did Frost destroy Nebraska? They weren't shit before he got there. That's why they hired him. Nebraska hasn't really been shit since the 90s.
  • I do have a concern about Scott Frost. His DC(Erik Chinander) was a below average coach. Our defense gave up some big plays during Chinander 's tenure. Chinander, on a scale of 10, gets a 6 from me.
  • Just heard ….it’s Frost.
  • If it’s Scott Frost I’m OK with that. Gotta fill the roster quick though hopefully he’s got some influence on the portal.
  • Well… I really don’t like the whole “getting back with your ex” thing. And I don’t like how he’s only had 1 winning season. But it’s certainly “exciting.”
  • Something tells me that this isn’t the move that Terry wanted to make. I think he started feeling the pressure from the donors and ultimately made this move to maximize funding and support
  • Frost also said (slipped up) in an interview post being hired by NU that he believes any kid would love to go to UCF. He then quickly corrected himself and said they would also love to go to NU.
  • I hope he brings back the strength and conditioning coach he had here in 2017. We had relatively few injuries that season.
  • Coaching staff speculations?
  • O-Line coach Greg Austin is a UCF graduate (currently with the Jags). He coached with Frost at UCF and Nebraska. However, he was dismissed at Nebraska by Frost, so who knows what that relationship is like?
  • Frost said the budget for coaches is way bigger than last time. Should be able to get people he wants. I’m hoping he gets some NFL guys he knows. Beckton is staying. Wonder what happened to the crazy QB coach that was here. He seemed to get results.
  • IF Frost stays sober I expect he has a very good chance to be successful. If he wins 6-8 games the first season I would consider that a good start.
  • Frost Quote: “I hope everyone doesn’t think we’re going to go undefeated immediately,” Frost said. “There’s some work to do. But last time I came, there was some work to do, and we got the right people and did the work.”
  • I seriously doubt Chins would want to come back. He's now charting his own course as a college coach. His coaching resume already has one bad stint as a defensive coordinator under Frost while at Neb. So why take the chance to put two on your resume under Frost. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.
  • Stay sober is a cheap shot no??
  • No, it is part of the risk in hiring him.....it was discussed on the Cover3 podcast by Danny Kanell
  • It was fair game when Texas considered bringing in Sark, so why would it be off limits now?
  • I know I’m in the minority but I don’t want to see Darin Hinshaw or Sean Beckton on this staff.
  • Didn't Frost miss a family recruitment visit bc he was hungover, or showed up to it hungover or something?
  • Why are we doing this? We just hired the man and we are already trying to destroy him? How unhealthy is that? Right now, why don't we just forget about the past and focus on the future. Wouldn't it be best for everyone to get behind Frost, his coaches and his players, support him
  • Why would you choose to bury your head in the sand.....it was one of the risks of this hire and well known. If it turns out like it did with Sark at Texas, it will be put in the past......
  • Nothing is being made up, this information is all out there. Recruits need to decide on their own....unfortunately competing programs will whisper it to them.
  • I don’t know whether or not Frost is a "drunk" or not. He could be, but he could not be. But I would think Terry investigated any rumors about Frost's "drinking" and any other rumors. After all.... It's only his job that's on the line.
  • Someone mentioned Travis Fisher.....THAT is the kind of UCF Alum we should target
  • At this point I’d be shocked if it was Chinander. I think he’s a great hire. My guess is he is bringing several coaches on the Boise staff with him.
  • Grinch it is…
  • UCF fans on X are having a meltdown but they also didn’t want Chinander…but this is a bad hire ..Washington State was the only spot he wasn’t horrible.
  • Yeah this is… um… appropriate for Christmas time. His defense was god awful at USC
  • Sounds like another we better score 30+ and get timely turnovers in the close games to win season on the horizon.
  • UCF would have been better off with a young, hungry coach. Someone without the personal and professional drag of Scott Frost.
  • The good news is that Frost came in very cheap and the same for all his hires. If he doesn’t work out, UCF can easily fire him and his staff in two years and start over. By that time UCF will have more money and (hopefully) a different AD.
  • Frost is doing a Gus Part II version of staffing by hiring all of his buds from his disastrous Nebraska job. Sorry if I’m not being optimistic, but he IS NOT putting together an impressive staff.
  • I don’t disagree with you about not being very impressed by the staff, but I don’t think he had any previous connection to Grinch.
  • Seriously. Frost is acting like he’s building a G5 staff, not one to compete for the CFP. None of his picks are being pursued by ANYONE else. Most have either been fired or left behind unimpressive results. WTF? Why aren’t we swinging for the fence on every hire?
  • It’s not Xs and Os. It’s Jimmys and Joes. Save the money for the players. Saban got out because he was getting outbid by marginal schools. We need to outbid for a QB at least.

Alabama

  • Post season thoughts
  • This season wasn’t anything like I expected. We beat a couple of teams we should not have; and lost to a couple we should’ve beaten.
  • I thought we would be sitting at 9-3 with losses to UGA, Texas, and one other close one to LSU or UTK. I thought we would be competitive and hope to clean up the penalty pressure of the let two years. I did not expect to look clueless on offense or hear rumors of a LANK cabal or have the AD call the fans out for more NIL money I hope for a reset for next year.
  • All in all, just for me, the term “ forgettable “ sort of sums it up, compounded by a feeling of disappointment and disgust as to where the game has gone.
  • The fall from being the premier football team in all of CFB to a mid-level SEC program has been hard to swallow. The decline started before this year, and hopefully this is the bottom. I don‘t see us being perineal contenders going forward but maybe a team that can maybe make a run every 3-4 years. It is also harder to care given the direction of the game.
  • Never thought I would say I was happy to see a season end. I’m happy to see this season end .I say Debore has another year to prove he can do what needs to be done and if things don’t get better quick, he’s out the door. I hate it, but I don’t have a lot of faith in the man.
  • POST GAME THOUGHTS
  • Does Alabama drop out of the AP Top 25 after this loss?
  • 9-4 in the same season in which you beat UGA, LSU, Mizzou, and USCe. How in the actual HELL!
  • I would like to issue a formal apology to SMU, Indiana, and whoever else I mistakenly claimed did not deserve a playoff berth over Alabama.
  • I’m on board the ‘can the whole staff’ train.
  • They still didn't deserve to be in, but they could have put in South Carolina or Ole Miss.
  • Between 2008-2023 Alabama lost to 1 unranked team….lost to 3 in 2024
  • Well this solidified my opinion on CFB right now. It has just lost its appeal to me since ESPN started controlling things and the NCAA changed so much. I miss the old days of raw football.

Tennessee

  • GAME THREAD
  • Saw a TON of Tennessee tags/magnets/flags on the way up.
  • There's going to be A LOT of TN there tomorrow
  • I think the Tennessee D blows up the Suckeyes line and the good guys take it 28-17. Ryan Day will cry and then get fired.
  • The only game that will not be a cake walk is OSU and TN.
  • Home field advantage neutralized!!!
  • Ohio state players crowding us on sideline before game. Total classless thugs
  • Ryan day is a Botox queen. Face very tought
  • Dline is gonna FEAST
  • We have to rush more than 3 damn people. This is stupid.
  • Secondary exposed. Long night coming.
  • They’ll do that all night til we stop it.
  • This secondary is not as good as its numbers, have to put pressure on Howard and not make stupid mistakes or we will get blown out in this game
  • 3 man rush the play before the TD is totally stupid. PRESSURE WILL HOWARD.
  • Receivers can't get open. Slow as hell
  • Unfortunately I don't think we can afford to go down 14
  • We’re bout to get our butts kicked.
  • Boat raced about to happen
  • What a horrible defensive plan.
  • Imagine that long drive back home. Lol.
  • Zone coverage is busting bad. Seems like we may have over schemed on defense during the break.
  • A shame seeing this with all of the great fan support.
  • They have better personal at about every position. Just facts..
  • Guess we just gonna be the first victim if this team getting another ring and keeping their dbag coach.
  • Weeks to prepare and this is the best we could do......
  • I’ve been working 20 years, I have $100 in my bank account, while Niko is a millionaire. Crazy world
  • The stage is just too big for this team unfortunately and the coaches
  • If Nico is going to be this out of it we need to just put our backup in and roll with it.
  • The fanbase did their part. Now do yours Vols.
  • Just don't get blown out badly. Come on.
  • We look really bad. This could get ugly.
  • We benefitted from a pretty easy schedule this year.
  • I’m done with Sht. Tuning it off
  • Yeah this is beyond embarrassing
  • Tennessee is a ****ing joke
  • Ryan Day's job was on the line, Heupel better get some heat for this crap the bed performance
  • Dont worry guys, its because of the cold weather
  • OSU is just sooooo much better than us.
  • Never want to hear another word about the SEC being faster than the Big 10. We look slow as **** compared to them
  • I'm gonna shut my mouth about Ohio St just getting ranked high cause they play nobody.
  • it has been. a long time since I turned off a Vol game at half but this may be one of them.
  • Is Danny White still going to add that talent fee on next year's tickets?
  • We allowed more.points in a quater than most pundits guessed for a whole game.
  • New half same @#$%. Zone and rushing 4 isn't working. DO SOMETHING ELSE!
  • SMU and Indiana both looked better in the last 24 hours than we do tonight.
  • When Heupel had the press conference and said " he wasnt doing anything new for Ohio St". gosh he was telling the truth.. I've followed UT for 55 yrs and this is just sad
  • Can we just get on the bus and go home?
  • We should have - in my humble opinion - had a home game. I think we would have won at home...But this loss is embarrassing.
  • Good night. I don't care to watch any more of this.
  • We’re almost there, just 32 points shy so far
  • Team plays better at home. Not sure the temperature had anything to do with it as much as a heupel team on the road
  • Been a UT fan for 40 years. Gets harder and hard er every year to get excited about this team. We just aren’t an elite program anymore and probably never will be again

South Carolina

  • Beamer is Emotional — Learn to Deal with it
  • Hate to say it, but the SEC was overrated this year
  • The Portal has leveled the field and the SEC can't stockpile talent anymore.
  • We should play less league games so that our teams won't be so beaten up
  • Big 10 is about to go on a run similar to the SEC’s from 2006-present.
  • CFB and AP are going to over correct next year with rankings which is fine by me
  • A lot of talk on this board about SEC dominance but the playoff showing and bowl showing by the SEC has been poor.
  • I hate that SEC crap! I pull for South Carolina, I want all other teams to be on Vanderbilt level. Just like Clemson, and the ACC
  • Yep. Not a good look to complain about only getting 3 teams in and then go out and get BF’d. But here we are.

Georgia

  • The future ain't what it used to be
  • Unless big changes are made I expect no championships in the next couple of years. Where is the elite talent at skill positions that so many other teams enjoy?
  • I think Kirby is turning into Dabo.
  • I had that exact same thought this morning. Neither coach seems to see reality.
  • UGA does not have the NIL funds to load the roster with top talent
  • I've thought about the same Dabo analogy myself. Kirby is in danger of becoming like Dabo.
  • Parker Jones: Why did they bring that walk on from an Albany, GA private school? I'd like to know the answer.
  • The kid was engaged and cheering and jumped and appeared to have been pushed or fell forward. Chickenshit call in a game of this magnitude and a big arse momentum kill.
  • That shouldn't have been a penalty at all.
  • Middle aged head coach has to pay a staff member to hold onto his belt loop to keep him off the field. But now we’re supposed to hate this kid
  • Holy hell, he's in the portal.
  • Parker and Searals should be put on a Greyhound
  • Parker is an idiot and should be told to sit on the ground behind the bench.

It's been one year. 🤣🤣🤣

Perineal still makes me laugh. Hey 'Bama fan eat any good books lately?

The South Carolina fan was partially right with the portal leveling the field. The other factor is it’s legal to pay players. Saban was smart to get out. The sec will still have a good conference, but their total domination is gone.

Nebraska won today, so I guess they'll be in the top 20 preseason next year if this century's history is any guide.

I almost think they're pride is affecting their NIL budgets. Like, "We're the SEC, we don't have to bid for players they just want to play for us."

It'll come around but it's still going to be SEC v B1G in the end

I think it has much more to do with them cheating at a much higher level before NIL. The north schools weren’t buying players on a massive scale.

this. everyone can pay players and its showing. best thing to ever happen to football. it was bama clemson for like 7 straight years without even. a 3rd contender some years

It's funny on the MSU message board you can tell when the game turns for Nebraska. MSU nice until the game turns in Nebraska's favor then they are dicks afterwards. 🤣
