Last time I visited that school they had like 4 ex NFL guys on their coaching staff.

Hell, Valor Christian’s staff probably had a better coaching resume than Nebraskas the last few years. (Exaggerating…….kind of)

I think all those guys followed Ed to Northern Colorado. Heard these guys are absolutely lost at Northern Colorado. Chadron went down to scrimmage and I guess it was a shit show. Apparently there were 2 hold overs from the previous staff and they were questioning what mccaffery was doing. They were fired immediately I guess. No accountability, players and coach's showing up late all over.

Pankratz went to high school at Valor Christian in Colorado, but was born in Lincoln. His dad played football at Hastings College.
Interestingly, Pankratz in 2020 was the back up to Timmy Bleekrode, a kicker and punter at Furman who is now in the transfer portal and is being recruited by Nebraska as well.
Pankratz thanked NU analyst Bill Busch and special teams graduate assistant Joey Connors for the walk-on offer. Busch is believed to have been on the road last week to visit Bleekrode, as well.
