No clue just saw a preview on the Television set and it looked and sounded incredibly fuckin stupid.

I’m 30 (should be target demo) but I have always thought comic book movies are dumb.
But billions of dollars in profit means they will keep making these movies because apparently they are popular.
I watched a lot of the cartoons as a kid so I know the character venom, 0.0% interest in watching. Last spider man movie I saw the stars were Toby McGuire as spider man and James Franco being 1/2 gay but in a cool way.
at least Tom Hardy gets to sometimes show his face in this movie vs that terrible Batman movie when he was Bane

Same. I liked Iron Man movies but that’s because RDJ is a bad ass and makes me laugh. This one just looks incredibly dumb to me and his venom voice is ridiculous.

Seems a low bar thing to be concerned about. These kinds of movies make money (usually). They can be fun and entertaining to watch for the most part. Which is really all that matters. Not much skin off anyone's back if a movie like this ends up sucking.

I'll be honest, I loved Venom as a kid, but the first movie was just good background noise for me. I was hoping Carnage would up it, but the previews haven't really got me too amped up.
Tbh, I'll probably still go see it though.
