He's basura. Was going to lose minutes to a rising soph if he stuck around. Spent years in a fairly simple offense and couldn't develop a feel for it or improve as a scorer

Not hating, but hard to run PG when the HC wants his son to run the offense (and Connor was decent at that).

I'm happy about this. I wanted Sallis but not as a PG. We have a need for a primary ball handler and I think we don't need him to score 20 points a game.

There's some of that for sure but he did start. Conor came off the bench all season and they gave Ulis a lot of opportunities to show he could be the guy. 2.1/1.1 A/TO in 22 mins isn't ideal for 6ppg

High character kid though by all accounts. He'll be a good culture fit in a locker room that needs an alpha. If KT comes back I really like it, otherwise he doesn't add a lot of offense. If Ramel can't beat him out having Ulis push him for a year is good for his development imo

But if anyone can turn a kid around...it's Fred, just look at what he did with Cam Mack...I mean...Shameil Stevenson...I mean Dachon Burke...I mean...Haanif Cheatham...I mean...Jervay Green...I mean...Teddy Allen... the list goes on and on but you get the point right??? What is this guy gonna do? He isn't Bryce McGowens, Danalo Banton
