Guys, I know that we would have liked to have kept him, but it isn't tough to see this as a positive for Nebraska in a certain light. When Mickey is retained (fingers crossed) he enters conversations with transfer portal WRs and says "Look at what Trey Palmer did. One year at Nebraska and we sent him to the league. Now when can you be on campus?"

Thank you, Trey Palmer. Dare I say he will be more fondly remembered than Adrian, Wandale and at this point probably Scott Frost.

Palmer seems like a late Day 2 or early Day 3 pick, so he is going to try and make his money in the NFL, can't blame one bit.
