I just got a tip that Georgia transfer tight end Brett Seither is on a flight to Lincoln right now. The 6-foot-5, 230-pound tight end played special teams and hauled in three catches for 42 yards and a touchdown in Georgia’s 2021 college football season. Seither went to Georgia as a three-star prospect in the class of 2019 out of Clearwater Central Catholic High School. Seither committed to Georgia over Alabama.

Tight end is certainly a position of need for Nebraska right now. Georgia Tech thought they were in a good position to land him before Nebraska got him to visit last minute. He's got a 4pm deadline on Jan. 13 to enroll at Georgia Tech because of their class schedule. We'll keep you posted on any additional details we are able to learn.

Played in 27 games over 4 years and totaled 4 catches for 54 yards and 1 TD. Looks like he'll be more of a blocking TE.

He inherited a decent te room when he got here(Stoll, Allen, Rafdall). Nabbed Vokolek in the portal. But none of his recruits have really panned out at all.
