Edit - I guess Dean is saying they have until tomorrow because the 1st fell on a Sunday. Everything that I can find says they have to have their name in before midnight today the 1st and compliance has 2 days after that to enter the player into the portal.

Last day for immediate eligibility transfers. If Nebraska has any more players going into the Portal it should be today unless grad transfer or they get a waiver.
