It isn't.... He is basically just looking at recruiting rankings and that is what that number is. Nothing to do with development, attrition, etc...

I don't get it because Adam says his system loves Chin. Claims that his defense has improved on effecincy scores at a very rapid clip that is not common, but then has him as a C DC. I just don't get it.

I think 60's is probably right for this staff right FWIW.
