Theme change

Hey all,
It’s come to my attention that some of you were still stuck on the very old theme here. We switched over to this current one over a year ago, so if the website looks different to you all of a sudden, I apologize. It should have switched a long time ago.

I did change some of the icons to make them look better as well. Let me know if you experience any issues!

You can still toggle between Light and Dark mode at the bottom left of the page.

Haven't noticed a difference. Don't reload the site or close my web browser, like ever, so maybe the change didn't happen for me yet. I am fine with what it has been, and if the changes are there, I haven't noticed them. TPB by far my favorite Husker site by a country mile, you'd really have to eff the theme up to do much damage to the site.

Mostly everyone was already on this theme. I'm not sure how some were still stuck on the original, but this current one looks way better. They should be pleasantly surprised. It looks like only 15-20 members were somehow still on the original.

Just don't ever include banner ads. Banner ads taking up 20% of the bottom of the page.... like some other sites.... mean I will rarely if ever use those sites. JMO, but I doubt anyone likes fucking banner ads. I know you need revenue to keep the site going, but hopefully bannerr or pop up ads are never part of the plan.

Being an "elite" member, I see no ads. Even before I was an elite member, don't remember them, but they may have been there. Nothing worse than an add intruding on the page, or popping up tricking you to click on what looks like the X button to close opening the ad and giving revenue cents to the ad pusher. The hell with that shit.

If I owned a website, my opinion would probably be the same (dislike ads), but I would probably also realize ads are just part of a website for free users. I dunno, just an educated (kinda) guess.
