It sucks that we went 3-9 but if we had won 6+ games we might be stuck with the same coaching staff

It's actually pretty simple! Martinez sucked ass when it counted and of course special teams. Special teams is finally being addressed an the qb is now a normal qb. We'll be better next year for sure and I'm not worried of the loss on defense
