Same as if you asked a person from Chicago where they are from they will say Chicago, ask a person for Champaign they will say Illinois
 
I'm from Omaha and everywhere the Family and I...or I by myself go, I tell people I'm from Nebraska. The typical response is...where's that? not what city, where about...just where is that. "Right in the middle of the fucking country you geographically challenged moron"
