My understanding was once the Wiscy game time is announced ( for and due to TV), then they would email us the itinerary and mail the tickets/passes.

Not really. The gift cards were donated. I'm assuming the tickets were too. There were a lot of open seats in the stadium. So they weren't really out anything unless they still give the money that was refunded to the Foltz foundation.
