Fidone running drills with the team.

Also, is it me or does Greg Austin's demeanor seem off? Looks/sounds like someone is out of a job.

He just looks defeated and tired. I'd say Frost looks better lately but he kinda looks how Frost looked there for a good stretch of time, just defeated and stressed.

I thought all along people were saying Austin was pushing for changes but Frost was overruling him?
That is what I have heard in the past. Lots of tension between Frost and Austin over who plays and technique. Doesn't Frost pretty much make the calls as to who starts on offense? I can remember when Austin was trying to pull Jurgens because of all of his snapping issues and Frost wouldn't let him put someone else in no matter how bad he looked.

So many rumors of tension bweteen those 2, who knows what is true. I also believe that a poster on here brought up that Austin tried leaving before the season but Frost talked him into staying. Reports of them not being eye to eye on what blocking schemes to run. Another rumor was that Austin wasn't happy with what was being called the Busch Light Club, basically the coaches who were being mentioned as the partiers that were going out chasing tail, drinking and spending so much time on things other than football like playing Golden Tee. One other rumor was that Austin and Frost got into it in the tunnel after a game. Just seems that Austin doesn't fit in with Frost and his friends. If there is truth to any of those rumors then I would think it is in the best interest of everyone for him to move on after the season.

Take the rumors with a grade of slaw....

Pretty sure all the talk has been Frost pulled the trigger on the changes. Either way, all the o-line interviews mentioned that Frost was helping coach the OL in practice last week. When a coach (whose position isn't even OL) has to sub in and help the OL coach, not a great sign.
