He's building a support staff like we've never seen before. Little doubt Rhule is going to hit Texas hard in recruiting. Some serious connections to Texas.

numbers wise, I'm curious how many Rhule has on his support staff vs. what Frost had???

intellectually, Rhule's hires are MILES ahead of many of the pleebs Frost hired. I can say though, when Frost hired those support staff people I thought they were good hires but didn't do the due dilligence I've done on Rhule's hires. Fool me once shame on you...Fool me twice...shame on...uh...Fool me, you can't get fooled again!!

No doubt. Keep building the staff behind the scenes. It takes an army these days with transfers, NIL, high school recruits and keeping your own players on the roster.

Something I haven't thought much of until now...I bet the JUCOs are suffering because of the transfer portal. Why do JUCO when I could go...Group of 5 and still have a chance to transfer?

The difference in off field staff between the two is incredible. Nothing against some of the guys that were in the recruiting department under Frost, it's not their fault he hired them. But Rhule just went into one of the best football states and poached the most powerful person in high school athletics there.

I have no idea if it will work. But it is quite the big boy move.
