We have a nice finished basement, but it's in pretty serious need of an update. Therefore, I'm trying to figure out just how I want it to look and need ideas. Show me what you got. Bonus points if it has a bar because my bar area needs an update too.

Im currently in the middle of a basement project as well. I’ve got ceilings, drywall, and painting done. I’ve got a 3/4 bathroom that I’ve got stripped down and ready as well. Once I get this all handled my flip job will be pretty much complete.

In all seriousness my basement sucks. That’s the downside of a house built in 1921. We’ve got a large storage room, a large laundry room, and a small partially finished space big enough for a couch and tv. I am gonna buy a big ass tv to put down there though. Probably way bigger than Jim’s.
