Nebraska needs to stop scheduling B1G teams week 1 (though this may be a conference thing) and honestly, at this point should just schedule cupcakes the first three weeks. yeah it’s not exciting match ups, but at this point we need all the help we can get. Three wins on the schedule and get the boys a little momentum and confidence. Just a thought

Exactly. Might want to try to make a bowl game in under a decade also that month of practice and an extra game every year is huge. Even if it's against a MAC team in Detroit.

They absolutely have say in the non con and they sure as hell can make their feelings known about early conference games
