The beauty of hiring anyone for this role is that they could be terrible at their job, and still improve NU STs by leaps and bounds. Any ST coach wanting a raise should have interest in this job. Even if Frost gets canned and you are looking for a new job in a year, you become much more marketable- "Look, I took the worst STs in the country to 80th, 70th, or whatever." Easy resume builder while getting a nice check.
