Showing his charisma, charm and humility. Natural in front of the camera. Great public speaker and you can tell they really like having him on the show. We'd be so lucky to have him. I'm sure there are some fans who wouldn't approve of him as our next coach but to me he just seems like such a humble guy who eats, sleeps & drinks football. IMHO Matt would win the fans over at the podium plus put a winning product we could be proud of on the field.

If Turd is stills searching for our coach hopefully he along with some of our big boosters are watching this thinking they need to do whatever it takes to get a coach on his level. Let's open up that check book and make every coach on Matt's level say "NO" to some serious money

PLEASE GOD

Great find, thanks for posting that. Great watch that I didn't need right now because I already had a Man Crush on him. His passion, humility and ability to connect with fans and players is impressive. I've been on the Rhule Train for a year since I heard his agent reached out to us at then end of last season. Please Turd, make this happen. Matt is the closest thing to TO in demeanor that I've seen us have on a list of potential coaches since TO retired. He cares about the players on and off the field plus has a calm almost spiritual demeanor that reminds me of TO to an extent. Fans and players would love him plus I think he would have us competing for Conference Championships. He builds things the right way, on a solid foundation of fundamentals and toughness. I could see him coaching at Nebraska for 20 years, and loving it. He's the type of coach I would run through walls for.

I'm not sure where the rumors started that he didn't like to recruit. I watched some videos from his days at Temple and he was passionate about recruiting, really loved it. He is huge on building relationships. It was posted on here about how if 300 high school coaches in Texas were asked who was their favorite college coach that a majority would say Matt Rhule, and he hasn't coached there for 3 seasons. He connects with people. His recruiting philosophy has influences from Analytics. Couldn't have been easy to recruit to Temple or to Baylor after their scandal. He found a way to make it work, and did. Had more players drafted from his Temple recruits than we did during that timeframe. His 3rd year at Baylor he has the Big 12 Offensive & Defensive Players of the Year. Including DE James Husker Lynch.

To me he looks like a football coach not someone who is concerned about how they look. I'm not into these pretty boys that are more concerned with their hair gel, designer sunglasses, skin tight moisture wicking shirts or designer skinny slacks for the sideline. He looks comfortable in his own skin, which is big to me. I grew up in an era where most coaches wore those ugly fucking polyester Coaches Shorts.

I'd like to see him here...
