That doesn’t surprise me.

He’d be a nice piece to that room right now, but barring injuries I don’t know how much he’d play.

If his portal entry is about playing time, he’ll likely be looking elsewhere. Charlottesville and UVA is a weird place, especially for a kid from the Mid West. It’s not for everyone, so I’d even entertain the idea that he’s just not enjoying it and wants a change of scenery.
