the reason this works is that 'technically' it isn't donating to revenue sharing. If the Athletic Department has a shortfall in their budget, and they are budgeting full rev share, any expense reduction would be "a donation to NIL". He's taking a salary cut because of the budget shortfall, it just so happens that enables more revenue sharing ( 😎 )

Of the 17 coaches that have had 10+ changes, Rhule is tied for the 2nd most changes.  Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss had the most.
