That makes sense. He went down and told Dayton they didn't have a spot for him, man to man.
And then Dayton decommits from N, just as PSU is losing their QB to Franklin and VaTech. It’s all making sense now!
I look for Dayton and Rhule to hold a joint press conference announcing the are both going to Penn State.
Rhule probably going to quote Deion in his first team meeting.
“I’m bringing my own luggage. And it’s Hawaiian.” He points to Dayton. “There’s your quarterback.”

the reason this works is that 'technically' it isn't donating to revenue sharing. If the Athletic Department has a shortfall in their budget, and they are budgeting full rev share, any expense reduction would be "a donation to NIL". He's taking a salary cut because of the budget shortfall, it just so happens that enables more revenue sharing ( 😎 )
