I think it was humorous reading about how happy they were to pick up the Colorado site. Have you ever been there? I mean if there is somewhere you can hear a cricket from 50 miles away it is that website. Did they bring both of the Colorado fans over????

Its what Terry does. He starts a site, brings in the guys he really likes, some who are actually good at their jobs. Then he let's it build for a few years, sells, waits a bit, then starts a new one. Let's the competition fuel it for a bit, then brings in his top guys to the new site, rinse and repeat, all while the other sites just die slow deaths.
Typically can’t get more than 5 years in a sale of business context. You’d have to lock him up with some kind of ongoing equity ownership or employment or something.
I would hope though that future buyers realize he’ll just wait 5 years and then do it again - pretty clear track record on that now.
If they agreed to fire Dean as part of the deal… I’d be damn tempted
