Starting this thread just to post random Nugs as they come in.
-I mentioned that Rhule seemed 100% confident that we will be in the Vegas bowl against Utah. This has not changed, the staff still feels this is where we are going and have sent staff members out to scout the stadium in preparation.
-“Dylan may be forced to come back to Nebraska” is a quote from an insider. We took this as he is not getting the traction in the market that he expected. I still expect him to enter the portal when it opens and we will see what happens.
Defensive Coordinator:
-I was told today that Vince Kehres at Toledo is the current front runner.
-We also heard rumblings about Tim Banks at Tennessee and were also told that theyactually had conversations with Tony White.

-This is probably just a coincidence but a member saw that a John Garrison was picked up at the Omaha airport today.

1890 is closing shop. NIL will be handled internally.
We passed on Kehres. The other name I heard we were after is Leonard but we were a little hesitant due to some data that his defenses fall off after 60+ snaps in a game.
Hearing Donnie was let go and we will have an official announcement today.
They are after Geep Wade (Georgia Tech) to replace him.
Geep Wade or John Garrison. Interviewing both. Props to the guy who saw Garrison is in Omaha.
The fact that Geeps name is already out there makes me think it’s him.
