I expected to wake up to news that he's been fired but nothing yet. I assume the Chargers may want to get a head start in their coaching search, especially if they have interest in Harbaugh.

Its quite possible he is one of the worst head coaches of all time. I realize that sounds like hyperbole, but most NFL coaches who struggle in this league are coaching teams with bottom 10 QBs and a lot of washed up veterans. The Chargers have had a top 7 QB and top 10 talent every season.
