Not sure Frost should hire a full-time assistant who has never coached in college, or been responsible for recruiting high school kids. He has enough inexperienced coaches on staff.

While I agree, somewhat interesting Urb is willing to roll the dice with him. Who on our staff would Urb be willing to take on? Fisher? Dawson?

While true, given Frost’s track record I’d give it a 2% chance he talked with him in any serious capacity.
