Probably need to switch my vote to H so I don't have to bleach my eyes.
You don’t want to drop to the 4 or 5. 4 line gets the 1 seed in the sweet 16 and everyone knows about the dreaded 5 seed.
LOL… never thought I’d see the day when Nebrasketball landing as a 4–5 seed in the NCAA Tournament would be called “a waste” by “fans.”
I get the point you’re trying to make, but calling this season anything close to a waste is completely and utterly wrong. Sure, finishing as a 4–5 seed might feel a little disappointing based on how things currently look, but it’s still an incredible season that is already loaded with program firsts.
Remember, Nebraska was literally picked 14th in the Big Ten and viewed as a borderline bubble team in the preseason. The fact that we’re even talking about a possible 2‑seed shows just how much more this team has accomplished beyond anyone’s expectations thus far into the season.
Even if they stumble a bit over the last nine games, this season is already a huge success. Acting like anything short of a 3‑seed is “a waste” just isn’t rooted in reality.

Being a 4 or 5 seed is never “a waste” no matter who you are. (especially if you still go on a run) But it is a disappointment if you’ve been running/projecting 1-3 seed all season and blow it down the home stretch.
Also, the statistical odds of making a final 4 (or winning a NC) go way down once you drop to the 4 or 5 line.

I know being Nebrasketball fan and also having expectations is like trusting a hooker with your wallet, but for some reason I think this team is different.
I think they’re mad about losing those 2 games and are gonna play their asses off down the stretch. I really think they can finish 27-4 or 26-5.
Yeah. I think they'll finish strong, but if they somehow ended up a 5 seed, I'm not going to cut my dick off in rage.
