It's starting to look like the new ATF Brace rules might not be repealed by the deadline to file tax exempt for classifying as an SBR.

Anyone filled one of these out yet? How long did it take for you to get approved? If you haven't been approved yet, how long have you been waiting?

Your window to file that form without paying the $200 tax stamp fee is rapidly closing. The form itself isn't terribly complicated. The easiest way - IMO - is to find a Silencer Shop kiosk location near you and let their infrastructure walk you through the process.

Included in rule 2021R-08F is a 120-dayforbearance period, that started January 31, 2023, when the rule was added to the Federal Register.

Isn’t the pistol brace for handicapped folks?

The general public should have never been allowed to buy M16 style guns. My old man was in the army and he even said this. It’s exceptionally stupid. They think they are Rambo. Need to ban them
