We went north between Fort Calhoun and Blair, but have seen pictures as far south as Oklahoma. If tomorrow night is clear, they should be visible again. Sometimes you can't see it as well without taking a picture.

Could you actually see them with the naked eye?
In Oklahoma it was fairly visible, almost non existent.
But you could take out your phone and take a picture and see it which seems like an absolute waste of time. Just google it at that point.
