I may be the only one to post in this thread but I wanted to shout out our Men’s tennis team who is currently on a program best run and use this as a forum to provide updates on the progression of the season.
Coach Peter Kobelt took over on an interim basis last year and led Nebraska to a 17-10 record, highest first year win total ever, highest win total period since 1990 and first Big Ten Semifinals appearance.
Nebraska as a team is ranked #40 in the country, and we have Calvin Mueller ranked as #108 individually in the country in singles and Lars Johann and Anton Shepp are #42 in doubles.
Kudos to this program which is seemingly finally on the right track. Go Big Red!!
