For some of those kids if it means getting significant playing time at a P5 school I legitimately think it would work.

Question is are they actually gems or are they fake diamonds. The Ohio St CB looked like a gem but he's got like 12 snaps.

Mono? Its been 6 weeks. In his defense he's not replacing CTB even if he is better and Newsome has been really good.

His measurables are much better than both of them though. He could also still end up being very good if he's capable of mentally grasping everything.

I thought he got Covid at the beginning of Camp and is still get up to speed on the playbook plus S & C. With this staff anything is possible so who know if we see him play or will he play one game looking great and then go in the Witness Protection program similar to what happened to Yant?

Our whole group of Huskers was screaming at the TV to put Yant in for some of those short yardage plays. I respect Johnson but if Frost is going to insist on running a player up the middle play after play why not a bruiser like Yant? It killed us to see Michigan have success on short yardage plays where their Power Back drug tacklers a couple yards thus getting the 1st down.

At times it just feels like this staff has no feel for the game when it comes to personnel or play calling. I'm still waiting for us to lob a pass at the goal line or in a short yardage situation to our 6-9 TE Austin Allen. He should be a weapon with the mismatch he creates due to his athleticism, hands and height.
