2021 Pitt may be the most overrated team ever. Their non conference last year was this:

Umass
Western Michigan
New Hampshire
Tennessee
…..
They lost to Western Michigan, beat Tennessee by 7 and then beat the 2 shitty FCS schools (who plays 2 fcs schools?)

They lost to a bad Miami team but walked through the rest of their shitty ACC schedule (only impressive win was Clemson who also had a down year)

They beat Wake Forest in the conference championship (yes WF made the confernce championship, go look at their shitty schedule also) and then got beat by Michigan State in their bowl game 31-21.

Accumulating more relevant stats. 4th qtr was 11 runs for 2 yards so let's take the running the clock out of the equation.

Also there were 3 kneeldowns for a loss of 5 yards and sack yardage lost of 10 yards.

That leaves 18 carries for 129 yards or 7.2 yards per carry. 6 of the 18 were over 10 yards. So actually not a terrible example of a game.
