The media/fans are expecting Nebraska to rely on this season who won't do anything.

And players who have been written off who will make an impact.

I don't think Nash will do amything, but deep down in my loins, I think Braxton Clark will be a dude for us this year.

I think Myles Farmer is one that won't be a starter come the Cockeye game.

On the other hand, Blaise Gunderson is gonna emerge as a dude.

Most of the transfers. Scott’s hit rate on those have been fun.

Oliver Martin, maybe Piper or Hickman. I kinda want to say Caleb Tanner but i don’t feel like he’s in the ‘written off’ category.

I've been all in on Anthony Grant since spring. I think he's going to be a dude.

I think Casey Thompson underwhelms...mainly because he's a midget that will be scrambling like his life depends on it.
The question looms…is CT going to play by default bc “it’s his to lose” due to his P5 experience? Then he does as you say and Purdy replaces him mid season?

Somebody on the OL. Hopefully it is Benhart. Feist and Clark are good ones for this too.

I keep thinking that Martin and Omar are two guys here. If Mickey can get them to maximize this offense can be fun.

With CT being near the end of his career and Purdy nearer to the beginning and both being close enough to create a real competition, could one assume Purdy’s ceiling is much higher?
If all things are equal, go with the younger guy.

Sad that the hyped up players that won't do shit list is a lot longer than the surprise success story.

I expected him to be a lot better:
Vokolek
Trey Palmer
Omar Manning
Farmer
Mathis
Prochaska
Yant 4th in carries behind Grant, Ervin and Johnson
Thompson benched for Purdy at some point

He's actually pretty good:
Grant
Corcoran moves to guard and impresses
Garcia-Castenada not exactly an under the radar one but predicting he ends up with better stats than Washingon and Palmer combined

When vokolek came here Deab was drooling over him being NFL caliber but Allen continued to beat him out. Allen is decent but Vokolek has disappointed bigly

At this risk of sounding like I'm defending Dean here, but Allen won the B1G TE of the year when our offense as a whole pretty well sucked. And now he's in the running to get big snaps for the Giants, despite going undrafted. So sitting behind him isn't exactly a shame.

All things considered Allen had one of the best years for a TE in school history
