I would hope we look at Doug Belk who was with USC the last two years and Dana before that. In his two years there, had 1 third team and 1 first team all big ten safeties.

Not saying we won’t do that, but our last two defensive hires (Brown, Taylor) are Aurich connections which make it seem like Rhule is giving Aurich the ability to make these choices. If we’re looking for potential names, I would look at coaches connected to him.
