It's impossible to accurately project how an FCS QB is going to do at the FBS level, especially by a few highlights. I know nothing about him. but I'm fine taking him as a low risk option if he wants to compete but definitely bring in proven transfers ..

I don't think it will be that difficult at all, but they still have to get that 6th win and earn a bowl bid.

The positive trajectory is more important to sell at this point. There will be a lot of dudes who would be willing to play opposite Nebraska's defense in 2024.
