I'm pretty sure a guy that I was friends with back in high school/college but lost touch with is one of the founders. I've only ever eaten there once but it was solid.

I managed one of the guys named Brad, he’d been talking about quitting and starting a restaurant of some sort for months. He was so miserable at the big company culture we were with at the time he’d spent the last few weeks before quitting just telling me about all the work he was doing to get it set up. It was pretty cool to see materialize
