Really classy use of NIL branding for both parties. This is the kind of "sponsorship" I was hoping would evolve for our athletes. Congrats to Lexi and to the greater Berkshire Hathaway family of companies for seeing the potential in investing in our student-athletes.

It's going to be a great deal for both parties. Nebraska fans are absolutely the perfect target market for something like this. Wives will want what she's selling and husbands will want to buy their wives what she's selling. They could also make a ton of money off youth volleyball here too. My GF's sister is 14 and is big in club volleyball...some influencer posted a picture of this $100 necklace and one girl on the team got it. Within a week the entire team had the same necklace. Imagine the influence Lexi Sun would have on that same market. They are going to crush it.

Club volleyball is straight up insane. I make fun of a friend of mine for it about once every couple weeks. His daughter is on the premier (maybe elite not sure) national team. She'll be a freshman so probably 14u. He spent about 10k last year with travel and everything. Mainly I make fun of him because he could never go fishing with me.

Yea it's nuts. Same kinda deal for these girls. Trips all over the place and all the training that is required to compete on that level is not cheap. But they actually ended up winning a national championship in Orlando a few months ago and that was awesome.

Somebody posted the top 50 on RSS last year and a crazy number (considering population) was from Nebraska. Like 7 or 8? Those select programs must be ran well.
