Kent Pavelka - Celebrating 50 Years As NU Broadcaster

Huge part of my Nebraska football upbringing. Lots of fond memories listening to him at home or in a pickup driving from field to field while hunting when we only had a few games to watch on tv.
Very true, I enjoyed those days immensely. Many of my Saturdays were spent in the fields of Northeast Nebraska listening to Kent.

What I find interesting is who seems old on a football forum and who seems young - based on their posts.

I was guessing you were much, much younger based on your posting history. What's fascinating is that some people can come across much older (or younger) based on what their fingertips type into a keyboard and onto a screen.

That's how I'd mostly describe myself. Young at heart.

It's like someone you see in public and think...that person must be 65 years old. Nope, they're 47 y/o and rigid as a hacksaw blade.
