Every program in the country gives scholarships to kids whose parents can afford it. The use of the scholarship is just counter to the reports/maybe even statements about waiting to give scholarships until guys prove they're good

for those of you who may be worried about Koch not being ranked, punters are never ranked until they are committed, if at all.

Right now the class of 2024 has two ranked punters - one is committed to Georgia, one to Arizona St.

Koch likely to be ranked a three star now that he is committed. That's about as high as a punter can go. We'll see what happens the next couple of weeks.
