Cliffs for the blind.
Rhule had a talk with him and his parents about academics preventing him from getting a scholarship to Temple. He got grades up and Rhule gave him a scholarship. Grades dipped so Rhule sent a letter to parents saying if grades didn't improve he would be taken off of scholarship. Grades went up, later got academic awards. Lots of injuries and Rhule went to Baylor. Satterfield was at a small tennessee school as OC and they brought Folks there to play. COvid & more injuries so his time frame to play was extended to 8 years. Won League Defensive MVP. Seems like a natural leader who loves football.

Great read. Sounds like he will be a great addition to our staff.

Cliffs for the blind.
Dude was bright but defiant kid and self sabotaged whether it was school work or on the field. Barely graduated high scool. Rhule took a chance on him at Temple but was very firm with what he needed to do. He does well. Rhule leaves and he started to revert. Transferred. Another coach pushes his ass. Was into drugs at times. Was injured. Got his degree, his masters and with covid got an 8th year eligibility. Kid became a model athlete and leader. You really need to read the Fn article as I've skipped a lot.

He's being brought into work with kids like himself. Think the TE we just landed. Think Omar. Think Maurice. Great hire at a position of even greater need.
