If Dean and his writers didn't pump just sunshine and instead reported the problems that were going on behind the scenes the public sentiment might have changed. I'm sure Frost would have been gone much sooner if the potatoes knew about his partying and lack of work ethic. Maybe if more posters continue to bash him for his lack of Journalistic integrity he will actually get a spine. I hope more people pile on him. He deserves it. Selling his soul for subscriptions versus being an honest journalist. I'm impressed with the new writers at Rivals. Much more professional and objective. And when this was brought up the media protected Frost. I blame them as much as the others that were protecting Frost. If they had reported the truth then fans would have been calling for Frosts head. Same goes for his protecting and pimping out ABM

They're college kids, on a once in a lifetime trek. Normally, I'd give zero fucks if they did this. But not the day before the game, and not after the whole, this is a business trip nonsense. Just don't fucking lie.

I am not a Dean or media fan in general, and the Nebraska media is some of the worst. But, I think the main problem is just that we aren’t winning. I would be fine with them “covering” for the head coach and the players in the first couple of years, as long as the product is good.

Say we somehow pulled in Urban, I would want the media to cover for all the crazy shit he might do as long as he is winning.

Yea, I don’t care about the lack of interest in Frost’s personal activities outside Memorial Stadium, but neglecting to even acknowledge the clear lack of accountability and obvious flaws he had as a coach is an issue.
