They took a step back with their coaching, when Beilein left and Juwan Howard took over. I think you're starting to see the effects of that finally.

However, they should have excellent talent, so that's why I'm confused.

Hunter the 7 footer transferred to Kansas, and all the 5 stars and highly ranked players from his first couple years went pro. This year their best players are gone and Juwan's recruiting class this year isn't anywhere near what it was the first couple years.
