I did some product training with IMG academy. I’ve knocked out some of the biggest high schools in the country, all sports all coaches in a day. IMG had a day of training dedicated for each sport. The size of their operation is one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen in my job.

From an athletics perspective, it felt like every individual sport operated at the volume of the next largest high schools whole athletic department.
