OU wins but I don't think it's a blowout. 10 or less points.

NU is bad but OU is overrated every season due to their conference. With Riley gone they may have some growing pains.

42-17. OU does what they want with our secondary. We start fast but OU is just faster and more weapons. People start calling out T-Fish, Frost, and Whip in the post game shows and heat gets REAL HOT

It'll be interesting to see what that next level of heat is above the one you reach when Clay Helton walks into Lincoln and walks out with a dub

I really don't know how to reply to this because I don't know what I would say or what I would do if that did actually happen. I mean we lost to Troy so it's in the realm of possibility.

2 things - 1 very serious, 1 half joke:

1 - Brett Venables should not be a head coach. There's a reason beyond "loyalty" that he never left Clemson. Just my opinion

2 - Bad things happen to Nebraska - Right now the worst thing would be Frost tripping into a couple wins that make people go "Hmm...maybe he's getting it." He's not. And he will beat OU to keep from being let go 10/1/22 12:01 AM

On #1, I always found it to be odd that he wasn't seriously pursued by any schools until OU. He was always named as a "hot coaching candidate" but no one was beating down his door. When KSU, a school he played and was an AC at, didn't pursue him you knew something was amiss.

We’re a team that can’t run the ball & can’t stop the run. Venables will cruise to victory

KSU has always been a bargain bin shopper, and Venables likely made as much as Clemson DC as they wanted to pay their HC. But yes, odd that he could have so much success at a top end program and not get serious consideration from P5 for so long.

I thought that was because he got caught banging a big boosters wife or daughter? I think he is not welcome back in Manhattan, KS. I don't expect him to keep Oklahoma at the level of success achieved by Riley. I thought Oklahoma could do better. He is a good recruiter though.
