Have you ever been jumped before?

Thank God I live in the USA and don't have to worry about if I slapped an animal hard enough to get them to stop attacking me.

I was jumped outside of Whiskey Tango years ago. It was a marine's bachelor party. I got put in a chokehold from behind by a fat Mexican outside the bar during the daylight. He thought I was a part of the group that was fighting his friends. A buddy had him against the building before I got my ass handed to me.

Years later at Whiskey Tango, I found that same buddy punching holes in the wall of the bathroom. When I asked him what he was doing, he replied well the other guy was doing it too. It should be noted we found him alone.

Once, walking home in college. 4 dudes saw me staggering with a bottle. One of them was napping in his own blood when I got up. I won’t confirm or deny that I kicked that unconscious frat boy fuck when I continued my stagger sans bottle however many minutes later.

He's lucky he didn't get kicked in the gut. Usually they will sit back on their tail and kick out with their legs. That really packs a punch. And also, the stick did nothing LOL.

Does the 2nd amendment apply to bears and mountain lions?

I've not filed charges on people who have shot both. (Lions in NE, Bears in MO)

Shall not be infringed baby

But in all honesty: as a prosecutor it's a loser case because all the Defendant has to do is claim defense of livestock or self and it's an absolute defense to the Misdemeanor charge
