Hardly Gilmore

What's funny is his HS history is also messed up. Kid was identified as one of the top 20 football players in his class a 10th grader. He somehow obtained a "grant" to IMG. He was kicked out of IMG after only 3 weeks for stealing. And I'm guessing IMG probably gives you at least one chance before they kick you out.

He then played at two more high schools before choosing Kentucky. Kid had every program in the country looking at him. And he threw it away.

Kid is from Pahokee, Florida. If you aren't aware of Pahokee, FL, I suggest you search it online. Its a town the size of Aurora, Nebraska in the middle of Florida, on the banks of Lake Okechobee. At only 10% white, the town is one of the NON-whitest Towns in America. That tiny town has sent over 60 FUCKING PLAYERS TO THE NFL. Its often considered one of the fastest football teams in the country. Their high school is like a big C-1 small Class B high school in Nebraska size.

Its also riddled with drugs, crime, and ridiculous unemployment despite having unlimited access to Ag jobs related to citrus and sugar cane. For every one of those 60 players who went on to the NFL, their are 4 times that amount of dudes who had immense talent, but no chance to compete because they basically grew up in a rural hood.

To make a long story short:

Gilmore is a freak athlete who probably doesnt have much of a viable future because of a likely terrible past.

Yeah the kid has faced some real obstacles in life and is unsurprisingly a fuck face, but let me ask you this, why is Jim an even bigger fuck face?

How is he allowed to go back if he signed with Baylor? The transfer portal is closed, so not like he can re-enter like he did after the spring at NU last year.

Drop out of school at Baylor, enroll at KY as a regular student, and then join the football team.

I thought with the new rules they just released that they closed that loophole? Or is it not enacted yet? Or did I misread the new rules?
